A Crunchy & Healthy Snack or Side Dish

Cauliflower roasted at a high temp to give it crunch, this treat is slightly sweet and very popular with children. Have it as a side dish or on its own as a healthy snack. The addition of turmeric gives the benefits of its powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-parasitic properties.

Ingredients

4 teaspoons raw sugar or rapadura

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon ground turmeric or 3xR Super Blend Turmeric Powder with Curcumin

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 heads cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Whisk sugar, salt, paprika, turmeric, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a bowl.

Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet; spray liberally with cooking spray. Season cauliflower with spice mixture.

Roast in the preheated oven until cauliflower is tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
