Banana and Berry Smoothie

An easy way to get daily turmeric into the whole family including children!

This banana berry smoothie recipe is an easy way to start your day off right. Blend frozen berries with a banana, yogurt, honey, and ice.

Including turmeric in any smoothie adds the benefits of its powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-parasitic properties.

Ingredients

For 2 Serves:
  • 1 medium ripe banana, cut into pieces

  • 2 cups berries (fresh or frozen) - blueberries, strawberries (quartered if fresh), or other berries

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

  • 2 cups plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
