Turmeric Kick-start Green Smoothie with Pineapple


  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Handful of mint
  • 40 ml coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp pineapple
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp ginger juice (or a small knob of ginger finely chopped)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp Curcumin Super Blend Powder


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blitz until as smooth as required – add ice if you want.
  3. If you like it a little sweeter add some extra pineapple. Play about with the mix to get it to your liking.
  4. Drink and enjoy. This nutrient rich smoothie is a great way to kick-start your day and keep you going longer.
