While berries are still available going into Autumn, with some coconut cream for a gut friendly smoothie, spoil yourself with this nutritious berry smoothie recipe with fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, plus creamy coconut milk.
Ingredients:
- 85g fresh blueberries
- 65g fresh strawberries
- 125g fresh raspberries
- 85g bananas if available use lady finger bananas as they have a beautiful flavour, skin must be marked with black patches to be ripe.
- 10g chia seeds
- 270ml coconut milk
- 500ml water
Instructions:
- Wash blueberries. De-hull strawberries and add both together with raspberries.
- Place in blender with chopped banana, chia seeds, coconut milk, water and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
