Pineapple, Turmeric & Coconut Smoothie Recipe

This delicious creamy smoothie is perfect anytime but especially Spring – its fresh, zingy, and gut friendly.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen for a thicker texture)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or cream (if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein; you can use a dairy-free alternative if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon 3xR CURCUMIN SUPER BLEND POWDER
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup/agave nectar for a vegan option)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 cup ice (adjust depending on whether you’re using fresh or frozen pineapple and your desired smoothie thickness)
  • A pinch of black pepper (enhances the absorption of turmeric)

Instructions:

  1. Blend Ingredients: Combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, 3xR CURCUMIN SUPER BLEND POWDER, honey, vanilla extract (if using), and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or turmeric according to your preference. You can also add the pinch of black pepper if you like.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a pineapple slice or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if you like.
