2 Recipes – Turmeric Latte & Aunty Mona’s Golden Milk

Turmeric Latte Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
  • 1 capsule (contents) of Factor 8 Joint Ease
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Pour into a small saucepan
  • Heat for 3 – 5 minutes over a medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  • Drink immediately, whilst warm and fresh.

My Aunty Mona’s Golden Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cup of your favourite milk (coconut or almond milk works well)
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 1 capsule (contents) of Factor 8 Joint Ease
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  • Place 2 chopped dates in cup with a small amount of boiling water
  • Soak dates while you are warming milk up on stove.
  • Mix in the dates as a paste
  • Add the contents of 1 capsule of Factor 8 Joint Ease
  •  Mix in cup and strir while adding warm milk.

All done – one of my favourites – add a little honey if you want.
