Gut-Loving Easter Recipe: Probiotic Berry Parfait

Ingredients:

  • Unsweetened Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • A spoon of chia seeds or flax
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • Crushed walnuts or almonds
  • A drizzle of raw honey (optional)

Instructions:

Layer ingredients in a glass, repeat, and top with cinnamon and a mushroom blend powder if desired. Chill and serve!
