Ingredients:
- Unsweetened Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- A spoon of chia seeds or flax
- A dash of cinnamon
- Crushed walnuts or almonds
- A drizzle of raw honey (optional)
Instructions:
