Iced Turmeric Latte Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
- 1 capsule (contents)Turmeric / Curcumin Capsules 2Go per person
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (or fresh grated)
- Pinch of black pepper (boosts curcumin absorption)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes
Method:
In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and sweetener. Stir well until combined (do not boil).
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain if using fresh ginger.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the spiced milk mixture over the ice.
- Stir, taste, and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Optional: sprinkle a little cinnamon on top or add a cinnamon stick for garnish.
